PRE- SQUADDING RULES

 

1. Entry Forms: Request forms will be accepted at any time after May 15, 2008.Forms received before or including June 6, 2008 will be given equal priority and drawn at random. All request forms received after June 6, 2008 will be processed by received date. No request forms will be accepted at the destination address below after June 30, 2008.

 

2. Fees: The non-refundable service charge of $2.00 per position, per event, must be paid with your request.

 

3. Squad Tickets: The ITA has eliminated the paper entry cards and is using an electronic squad ticketing process. When you squad for a position in any event, that position is now electronically assigned to your ATA number. When you present your plastic ATA card at the cashier counter, the cashier will enter you into that assigned position for the events you wish to pay for, including options. If you do no wish to enter an event that you have previously squadded for, you may release that position at any squadding or cashier window using your plastic ATA card only.

 

4. Pre-Squad Notice: A “Shooter Service” terminal will be available in the clubhouse to print out a shooter’s E-Ticket/Pre-squad information using their plastic ATA Card starting the Tuesday morning of the state shoot. Information included on the as­signed squads/positions with be the Shooter’s ID, and Event number with the Squads and Post that were assigned.

 

5. Banks: There will be a drawing made by the computer for bank assignments for each day. These bank assignments will be posted one hour before the day’s events at the clubhouse, Scoreboard, and around the trap line. If you sign up after the bank assignments have been posted, you must take a position on the first available squad. There will be no exception to this rule.

 6. A shooter may only draw one position per event. Any shooters wishing to squad together must fill out only one application, with the shooters Name, ATA number, Handicap Yardage and the post the shooter wishes to shoot. Applications for full or partial squads that do not have each shooter’s information completely and properly filled out will not be honored. Multiple applications for any individual will be discarded and will not be refunded; ONLY the first application received will be processed.

 

7. Changing Starting Positions: If a shooter or shooters does not want to shoot in the order listed on the left side of the form, please fill out another pre-squad form for those events and attach them to the original entry. Do not switch starting posts or reorder the post number in the event area. The shooter will be assigned the post number on the left side of the form regardless of other markings.

 

8. Yardage Spread: Squadding will be restricted to a maximum of 2 yards on a squad. If a shooter cannot shoot with other members on the pre-squad, please fill out another form for that event.

 

9. Telephone Requests: Telephone requests will not be honored, however, questions concerning the pre-squad process may be sent to c_richard_taylor@raytheon.com
